Anil takes on a focused set of collaborations each year, always tied to building something real rather than advising from the sidelines. The most common ways people work with him:

• Design challenges & hackathons — producing and directing brief-driven events end to end, from the problem statement and mentor recruiting to the prize structure and the room itself, drawing on a network built across 300+ events.
• Speaking & futurist talks — on grassroots innovation, the maker economy, the tiny-house movement, and building community experiences that actually ship.
• Housing-development collaborations — partnerships on affordable, field-built and modular housing, informed by his ongoing work with the City of Austin and the village developments.
